Sketching and Annotations
To help with the design process, you must sketch your ideas and use annotations. Most photographers do not carry out this process, however, good photographers will always have visions and concepts in their own minds. Some carry out storyboards of colours, tones, textures yet it is vital to sketch your ideas.

Why? To carry out the design process, big ideas from your project brief by sketching and annotations provides the visual language, literacy, concepts and composition ideas to ensure that all your ideas can come together.

Creating a Photographer's sketchbook is a handy reference and would be useful to further photography studies.
